Mindfulness Session

Our Mindfulness Session is designed to assist individuals to:

  • Understand what mindfulness is
  • Understand the benefits of mindfulness on our physical and emotional well-being 
  • Reflect on how mindful or present-minded we are at work and home 
  • Master strategies and practical techniques to improve our level of mindfulness
